A larger than life character and a familiar sight in the Ferrari pits during the 1950’s was Luigi Parenti -Fangios mechanic.  Scalelink make this wonderful figure in 43rd and given it’s striking resemblance in terms of features and physique I thought it just has to be based on Luigi and if it’s not, it’s quite a coincidence.  Anyway, I’ve painted him up in the buff/kakhi overalls together with the appropriate branding and logos. I had a quick browse through my reference library and came across a couple of photos of Luigi in real life – enjoy.
